A Flexible (rebookable) Ticket allows you to change your flight tickets no matter what the airline's rules are. If the price of the new ticket is higher you only pay the difference. Note that all rebookings are subject to available seats and can only be made with the same airline as your original trip. This service is only applicable to flights, not hotels or rental cars.
